Morning programmes at the Athletics Centre:

Tuesday 10.00-11.00: Gymnastics at the Athletics Centre

It is a full-body workout, with exercises of a difficulty appropriate to everyone's health, with particular emphasis on the spinal column, the main pillar of the body. The sessions are held by Klára Vitai, a senior trainer.

Afternoon and weekend programmes for children, families and adults at the Athletics Centre:

Wednesday 18.00-19.00: Family badminton at the Athletics Centre 

18.00 - 18.00 p.m. at the Athletic Centre. For all ages, all ages, all ages. Please bring your own racquet and ball. The sessions will be held by coach Péterné Jakab.

Tuesday 17.00-18.00: Kids' Athletics at the Athletics Centre

17.00 - 17.00 - 17.00 - 17.00 at the sports hall. This session for children aged 6 to 12 will teach them the correct technique of running, jumping, throwing and throwing. Playful methods and colourful equipment are used to develop speed, flexibility and agility. The sessions are held by Mrs. Bélán Bakosi.

Thursday 18.30-19.30: Community run at the Athletics Centre

The community runs are held on the indoor rec fitness track of the Athletics Centre building.
