Athletics County Youth Olympics Finals - 2024/2025

The finals of the Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County Athletics Student Olympics will be held again in the 2024/2025 school year, hosted by the Nyíregyháza Athletics Centre.

The aim of the competition is to promote athletics, provide an opportunity to compete and decide the county championship titles. The competitions are organised by the Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County Student Sports and Recreation Association.

Dates and categories:

• 10-11 April 2025 - Individual competitions (age groups III-VI)
• May 6, 2025 - Grade IV (individual and team) multi-trials
• May 7, 2025 - Grade II-III individual and team multi-tests

Pupils will compete separately by age group and gender, and in relay events there will be a combined field. A competitor may take part in a maximum of two individual events and two relays.

Multi-event teams are limited to six competitors, but may also include five competitors. Half relays are only allowed in exceptional cases (e.g. relay for 2010-born).

Entry:
Entries must be made exclusively online via the MDSZ platform:

• Individual competitions: until 8 April.
• Multi-event competitions: until 30 April
• No on-site entries are possible.

Prizes:
Medals will be awarded to the individual and team podium finishers.
