No Easter without a Bunny Run - This year was the 30th anniversary event
As the people of Nyíregyháza are used to, Easter cannot pass without the Bunny Run. The event celebrated its 30th anniversary this year.
The Nyíregyháza Athletic Centre was packed on Saturday. There was a huge turnout for the Bunny Run. One of the aims of the family sporting event is to get young and old alike to get moving. There was an egg tree, a bouncy castle, a choo-choo train, and different age groups could compete against each other over different distances. Of course, all children received a gift.
The participants were welcomed by Dr. Ferenc Kovács, Mayor of Nyíregyháza.
