MINAUR Women's Handball Team Training Camp
From 14 to 20 July, the MINAUR women's handball team, with a total of 26 players, will hold its training camp at the Continental Arena. The training programme of the team will include two handball training sessions per day, during which they will improve their technical and tactical skills.
In addition to the handball training sessions, the team will also have conditioning sessions at the Nyíregyháza Athletic Centre. The aim of these training sessions is to improve the players' physical fitness and stamina so that they can perform at their best during the season.
MINAUR Men's Handball Team Training Camp
Next week, from 21 to 27 July, the MINAUR men's handball team from Sibiu, with a total of 27 players, will occupy the Nyíregyháza Athletic Centre and the Continental Arena. The men's team will already be familiar with the venue, as they camped here last year. They will also have twice daily handball training sessions to refine their technical skills and strengthen their team cohesion.
Both teams will hold their handball training sessions at the Continental Arena. The arena has an excellent infrastructure, providing ideal conditions for high quality training. The Nyíregyháza Athletic Centre provides modern conditioning equipment and professional support to help the teams prepare physically.
