An exciting athletic cavalcade will begin on 20 January, when the Nyíregyháza Sports Centre Nonprofit Ltd. proudly hosts the Nyíregyháza Open Indoor Track and Field Competition.
This year, the competition will not only take place at home, but also internationally, with top athletes from neighbouring countries such as Slovakia, Romania, Slovenia and Greece.
The aim of the event remains to promote athletics and to provide an opportunity for young talented and experienced athletes to compete at the highest level. The U18, U20, U23 and adult age groups will all compete in this outstanding event. The official competition schedule and timetable have been published by the Hungarian Athletics Federation.
The Nyíregyháza Athletics Centre (4400 Nyíregyháza, Tiszavasvári út 4.) will be the revolutionary centre of sporting events, where sport and passion will be united.
Slovak, Romanian, Slovenian and Greek athletes will provide an exciting challenge to the local excellence. The competition will not only be a sporting event, but a meeting where athletes from different nations will measure their skills and passion for athletics.
