The Nyíregyháza Athletics Center offers a vibrant atmosphere even during the winter season: the facility continuously hosts domestic and international competitions, allowing fans of the sport to enjoy high-quality athletics events.
The WA 2-certified indoor track complex, which is unique in Central Europe and was built as part of the Modern Cities Program, is becoming increasingly popular among athletes from across the border, thanks primarily to its design, which is optimized for athletics.
We are proud to announce that in 2026 we will be launching our second own competition series: the Nyíregyháza Open – Nyíregyháza Open Indoor Competition 2026, which will take place on January 24 and February 7 at the Nyíregyháza Athletics Center.
