If you were in the city centre last week, you had a good chance to meet a group of young men with a good attitude, as the MINAUR men's handball team from Nagybánya occupied the Nyíregyháza Athletic Centre and the Continental Arena between 21 and 27 July. The 27-man men's team was already familiar with the venue, as they had a training camp here last year.
The team held their training sessions in the Continental Arena. The arena has an excellent infrastructure, providing ideal conditions for high level training. And their venue, the Nyíregyháza Athletics Centre, provided the team with modern conditioning equipment and a professional background for their physical training, which we were able to witness.
